Lake Sherwood Village, the premier lakefront independent living community was designed especially for senior adult living and offers luxurious living to retirees over the age of 55.

We offer studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments with a full kitchen and a bay window in each. Many of our apartments have a panoramic bay window view of sparkling Lake Sherwood. All apartments are handicapped accessible and have emergency call systems in both the bedroom and bathroom.

Our monthly rates include all basic services such as two delicious meals (breakfast and lunch), weekly houskeeping, transportation, activities, maintenance, and 24 hour staffing. Additional services and supper meals are also available.

Monthly rent includes:

• apartments with full kitchens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal and range
• individually controlled heating and air conditioning
• carpeting and mini-blinds
• expanded basic cable TV service
• pre-wired for telephone
• free laundry facilities on each floor
• handicapped accessible bathrooms and doorways
• emergency call systems
• 2 delicious meals - breakfast and lunch

• free transportation, activities, maintenance
• 24 hour staffing

Lake Sherwood Village is pet friendly and we allow animals under 20 pounds. There is a one time, non-refundable fee of $500.
