Paul Mansur
Maintenance Supervisor

Paul Mansur has been at Lake Sherwood Village since 2006 and is responsible for all maintenance to the facility and making sure everything runs smoothly. He was an inspector at Dow Chemical for fourteen years before coming to Lake Sherwood Village.

Paul is a resident of Walker who was raised in Baton Rouge and graduated from Belaire High School. He is certified in HVAC and has taken several other courses to enhance his maintenance skills. Paul and his wife Courtney have been marriee for ten years and have two daughters. Paul loves the outdoors and is always ready to learn a new skill to better the Lake Sherwood Village facility in which he takes great pride.
