Apartments at the Village.
Lake Sherwood Village was designed specifically for active senior adult living and offers luxurious living to retirees over the age of 55.
We offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with a full kitchen and a bay window in each living room area. (See floor plans below) Many of our apartments have a panoramic bay window view of beautiful Lake Sherwood. All apartments are handicapped accessible and have emergency call systems in both the bedroom and bathroom.
Our monthly rates include all the basic services such as to delicious homemade meals, weekly housekeeping, medical transportation, activities to interest all, maintenance, and 24 hour staffing. Additional services and light evening meals are available.
Lake Sherwood Village is pet friendly and we allow animals under 20 pounds. There is a one time, non-refundable pet fee of $1,000.
